Expert Sessions
From Sensors to Smart Systems

“Smart systems” incorporate functions of sensing, actuation, and control in order to describe and analyze a situation, and make decisions based on the available data. This is the basement for the process of “Digitalization”, because our world is becoming ever more connected. Billions of intelligent devices and machines generate massive amounts of data, creating a bridge between real and virtual worlds. Turning these vast amounts of data into value is a key success factor. Saxony is hereby in a leading position within Europe. So, it is a total must to organize the “Smart Systems Session”. That is special tailored to the current needs of the latest developments in the field of new sensor- and systems solutions. Furthermore, the attendees will get to know more about new applications.
