Arias is working in the cleanroom technology since 1982. Arias manufactures wet process equipment which is used in R&D laboratories as well as in fabs producing micro-electronic modular units. Further fields of applications are the solar technology, hybrid technology, micro plating as well as the bio- and nanotechnology. The different design of equipment of these wet benches depends on applications respectively requirements. The performance of arias is featured by individual and flexible solutions as well as by high quality.
The additional delivery range of arias contains amongst others special fume hoods, laminar flow units, chemical supply systems and ultra pure water systems.
