Staff retention and recruiting

The Working Group for Personnel Retention and Recruitment offers Silicon Saxony members a workshop format for active exchange for personnel managers on all topics of personnel recruitment and employee retention. The aim is to jointly develop application-oriented concepts that can be implemented in companies' own personnel recruitment strategies.

Our Goals

  • Presentation of new approaches to personnel retention and recruitement, especially with relevance for medium-sized members of Silicon Saxony
  • Development of strategic personnel recruitment measures with strong consideration of the high share of business-to-business companies of SiSax members
  • Transfer of know-how and methods from strategic as well as operative personnel recruitment and personnel retention with the participation of the members
