Education and training

How to participate

Participation in our working group events is free of charge for all members.
Non-members have the opportunity to take advantage of two "trial participations". After that there are costs of 80,00 € (net) per event.

With the work group we would like to stimulate the exchange of experience on all questions concerning vocational training and in-company further training and make a joint contribution to professional qualification in the member companies of Silicon Saxony by working on very concrete topics. At the same time, the working group is to act as a point of contact for the state government, chambers and educational institutions in the Free State of Saxony on questions of vocational and digital education.

Target group

The target group of the work group are those responsible for training and further education and personnel development as well as all other representatives of companies and institutions interested in the topic.

2.   School / Vocational Orientation

  • Advice for BO teachers and career counsellors of the employment agency
  • appearances in schools

  • Training of lateral entrants or drop-outs
